Porto Cesareo, the cleansing campaign of the seabed

Dear Divers this year organize the campaign in Porto Cesareo cleaning seabed International Clean Up Day 2009 on September 19th world day of cleaning the beaches and seabed.
Enclosed you will find posters and advice to keep the water clear of the marine litter, you'll find the Volunter Date cards to print, complete and deliver to the coordinator Enzo Volpicelli, after the event.
After the awards will be issued International (max. 30 available).

Project MAC Reefcheck with a briefing

on September 27 will be made a day of presentation of the project MAC Reefcheck with a briefing (from 10:00 to 12:00) at the office Consortium, the Marine Protected Area "Porto Cesareo" while 12:00 at 14:00 divers underwater simulate a collection of environmental data according to the standards reefcheck, using special forms of sampling.

At the end of the day will be issued to a diving certificate-of-course Discovery.

The cost for participation is € 10.00 per diver for the kit + € 20.00 as reimbursement for the diving.
